I’m Nancy Röder, a versatile creative professional with experience both in front of and behind the scenes.
I work as an actress, training actor and presenter, and I'm involved in producing events and audiovisual projects.
With a background in Creative Business and training from the Rotterdam Theatre School, I combine my creativity with excellent organizational skills. I have a strong passion for art and culture and enjoy connecting people and ideas.

With my empathetic ability, I can easily immerse myself in different situations and characters, which helps to portray scenarios realistically. My experience in various acting roles has made me flexible and able to switch between different situations and needs with ease. I have strong communication skills and can improvise, which is essential in training acting. Additionally, I use models such as LSD, DISC, the Rose of Leary, and the STAR model to deepen the training experience.

Private education: The level of the lessons is comparable to that of higher professional education (HBO). Teachers of the acting program are either faculty or alumni of an HBO arts program (including Maastricht Academy of Dramatic Arts, Amsterdam School of the Arts, and Codarts Conservatory). Project instructors are active professionals in the field.

Since a young age, I wanted to get involved with theatre. At places like SKVR and Hofplein Theater, I developed my skills and gained my first experiences performing in front of an audience. It was a way to express my emotions and showcase my creativity.
